1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
A. Ready-to-Wear Shoes
✅ Accepted Under These Conditions:
Item is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return requested within 72 hours of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) provided.
❌ Not Eligible If:
Shoes show signs of wear, scuffs, or damage.
Return initiated after 14 days.
Purchased during a "Final Sale" (clearly marked).
B. Custom-Made Shoes
🚫 Generally Non-Refundable (due to personalized production).
✅ Exceptions:
Defective/Damaged: Report within 7 days with photo/video proof.
Wrong Size/Design: Only if error was on our end (e.g., misproduction).
