At Lusso Vincente, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather shoes. This policy outlines our warranty coverage, guarantees, and how we resolve manufacturing defects for both ready-to-wear and custom-made footwear.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

A. Ready-to-Wear Shoes

✅ What’s Covered (12 Months from Purchase):

Material defects (e.g., leather splitting, sole detachment)

Workmanship issues (e.g., broken stitching, loose eyelets)

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear & tear (scuffs, creases)

Damage from misuse (exposure to water, extreme heat)

Alterations by third-party cobblers

B. Custom-Made Shoes

✅ Extended Coverage (18 Months from Delivery):

Defects in custom components (e.g., orthopedic insoles, engraved details)

Fit issues caused by measurement errors on our end

🚫 Not Covered:

Changes to foot size/shape post-purchase

Discomfort from breaking-in period

3. How to Claim Warranty

May request additional details or return of the shoes.

4. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

5. Limitations & Exclusions

Warranty voids if:

Shoes are cleaned with harsh chemicals.

Repairs are attempted by unauthorized cobblers.

Natural leather variations (grain, texture) are not defects.

6. Care Instructions to Maintain Warranty

To preserve your warranty, follow these leather care guidelines:

Use pH-neutral leather conditioner every 3 months.

Store with shoe trees to maintain shape.

Avoid prolonged exposure to rain/sunlight.
